A specific system for our key accounts From now on, relations with major international corporations are managed by a global accounts manager, who speaks for Altran vis-à-vis the customer and whose job is to develop lasting relations with him. He is backed by a key accounts marketing team to draw up a marketing development plan. He organises replies to invitations to tender so as to select the successful tenderer. He identifies new proposals likely to be of interest to the Group. And he monitors the growth and profitability of the accounts concerned. Clear and better-positioned offers Following a full review of the skills of the subsidiaries, their offers were repositioned, providing a clearer division of the activities between three business lines throughout all the innovation cycle: technology and innovation consulting, organisation and information systems consulting, strategy and management consulting. |
