The Strategy and Management Consulting Unit consists of companies that work with our customers’ general management to define and implement their corporate strategy.

Strategy and management consulting is either the core business of the companies in the Group or simply one aspect of their activities.

Under the terms of a global contract, specialists from this unit work on international problem issues. They enable our customers to anticipate rapid market and technological developments so as to introduce the changes essential to their own development. These specialists provide our customers with solutions designed to meet their specific requirements.

The Group took on a new dimension when in 2002 it acquired Arthur D. Little, strategy and management specialist, a company that for over a century has been assisting companies with their organisation, growth and value creation initiatives.

The Strategy and Management Consulting Unit accounts for about 15% of the Group’s turnover.
