"Almost since its beginning, I’ve had the great opportunity to work on the project management in this huge technological challenge. As it is unique and innovative, I had to adapt my usual work practices. I’ve set up the work processes of the team and handled the day-to-day development of the project until success of the Night Flight with the HB-SIA.

During the preparation of the 2011 European flights, I took a new responsibility which was logistic management. Those flights were a first opportunity to test logistics required by such a sensitive plane, particularly for meteorological conditions. One of the big challenges to solve for the world tour will certainly be the construction of a removable hangar that will protect the plane whatever the airport we are going to land on.”
