Board of Directors

The Altran group gouvernance is held by an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors since June 2008. Philippe Salle was elected Chairman and Chief Executive by the members of the Board of Directors.

Management Committee

The Management Committee is made up of the members of the Executive Committee (see above), Executives from the Geographies, the Industries and the Solutions, and several Group Directors including Purchasing, Communications, Legal, Marketing, IT, along with the CTO.
