Because innovation is the heart and soul of our work, and because the students of today could become our partners of tomorrow, we assist the most famous schools and the most dynamic universities all along their recruitment events. Classes, recruitment sessions, training and conferences: the Altran Group shares its consultants’ expertise, thus helping universities stay ahead of technological and scientific innovation developments.

Furthermore, Altran participates in forums and recruitment fairs all over Europe (around 100 events) in order to exchange with young graduates and illustrate the various career paths Altran can offer them.

Much of the same motivations animate Altran when it sponsors and supports sporting events. Promoting the Formula Zero, rugby and sailing competitions allows us to exemplify and encourage the same key values we find in our business managers and consultants teams: team spirit, a taste for challenge and a drive for performance.
