| Evolving in a Consultant’s Career The Integration Process As soon as you arrive, a business manager takes you under their wing and guides you through the project selection process. Together you target the opportunities that best suit your profile, whether they require study and development, technical expertise or practical assistance. Once your choice has been refined, you immediately hit the field. Your Career Development At least once every two months, your business manager meets with you to debrief on your current project and if necessary prepare for the next. Once a year, on the date of your arrival, you present your annual project evaluation report. This annual meeting with your business manager enables you to tackle the following career issues: - Functional or geographic mobility: evolving towards a new sector of activity, increasing your level of responsibilities, working on an international project…
- Training: developing your competences through inside or outside trainings
- Title and salary
The companies’ individual Human Resources Departments are available daily to answer any related questions. Your Personal Development The diversity of sectors in which we operate and the variety of our geographic locations enable us to offer you an extensive choice of career paths. Your project work and trainings can lead you towards a technical position. You become an expert in a particular innovation technology and consult in the field on a variety of projects and in sometimes very different client environments. As an expert, you can also actively participate in training sessions, in the junior consultant coaching, in the development of new commercial offers and in the animation of the competences pole. You can also decide you prefer a more business-oriented career path and adopt the role of deputy project manager while continuing to follow trainings in order to expand your know-how and your competences. Once you are project manager, you take on the supervision of complex projects and programs. You acquire transverse competences in the fields of resources management – whether human, technical or commercial – that enable you to adapt to all client environments. Furthermore, you can evolve towards the position of business manager. The position implies that you develop and supervise a client wallet and you assume the recruitment and human resources responsibilities necessary to the management of a team of consultants. Finally, you can also choose to complete a training program to integrate one of the support functions (in recruitment, human resources, marketing and communication) created by the Group in order to attend to the development of its activities. The annual evaluation that you make in association with your business partner represents a crucial moment for your evolution in the Group. It enables us to determine together and in detail what your skills and aspirations are. The Human Resources Department can then follow up on your choices by supporting you and your business manager on a daily basis. |
