Your coach, an experienced business manager, immediately welcomes you to help you build your business plan. Throughout your first year, they guide you in the development of your three major professional skills: business development, recruitment and management. Furthermore, from the moment on of your arrival, you can participate in a training program at the Altran Management Institute (AMI), which offers you the possibility of developing your competences thanks to the exchange of experiences with directors and senior business managers.
Your Career Development Your coach takes you in charge during your first twelve months of activity. And, twice a year, an evaluation report drawn up by your Business Unit Responsible enables you to address the following critical issues:
-development of your business unit and your business plan
-Functional or geographic mobility: evolving towards a new sector of activity, increasing your level of responsibilities, creating an international business unit
-Training: developing your competences through inside or outside trainings
-Title and salary The companies’ individual Human Resources Departments are available daily to answer any related questions.
Your Personal Development It is up to you to build and develop your business unit and to prove your managerial skills. You are the main actor in your professional success: the better the results, the quicker you will be able to develop your team and create a business unit composed of business managers. |
