|  Training Altran Management Institute The objective of the Altran Management Institute (AMI) is to capitalise on the Group’s technological know-how and managerial skills by passing them on to employees in the form of training programmes that welcome both internal and external experts. Since its creation in 1995, AMI has kept on evolving in order to meet our clients’ needs. consultants are taken in charge throughout their careers to help them meet their professional goals (project management, public speaking, etc.). business managers and senior executives start by taking a three-week training course that teaches them the keys to success in their new positions (sales negotiating, team management, etc.) Various training modules, such as coaching, strategic planning and business management are then organised to support them in their professional development. support staff (Human Resources, Marketing, Finance) also benefit from AMI support, which enables them to maintain a high quality of service (time management, communications, etc.).
