As a Business Development Manager you will enjoy the autonomy of setting up and running your own business unit with the support of a dedicated infrastructure team. Using your entrepreneurial talent you will define and implement your own business and management strategies.
You will handle the project right through from the relationship building with clients to recruiting and managing a team of consultants. Your goal will be to ensure quality and growth for your business unit. This commitment enables you to fully express, develop your innovative skills and transfer them to others.
Your career progression is based on performance. You can over years proceed to next career levels in Altran group (Business Development Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Business Unit Manager and Director).
Your skills - a technical or commercial post graduate (Masters degree)
- at least 3 years experience in sales, account or in managing technical projects in one of the following areas:
- Automotive
- Telecommunication
- ElectronicsGood communication skills
- superb interpersonal skills, energetic and fresh entrepreneurial outlook
- the ability to tackle challenging projects with a combination of business, organisation and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to our clients
