As a Junior Business Development Manager you will enjoy the autonomy of setting up and running your own business unit with the support of a dedicated infrastructure team.
Using your entrepreneurial talent you will have the chance to define and implement your own business and management strategies.
You will handle the project right through from the relationship building with clients to recruiting and managing a team of consultants. Your goal will be to ensure quality and growth for your business unit. This commitment enables you to fully express, develop your innovative skills and transfer them to others.
Your career progression is based on performance. You can over years proceed to next career levels in Altran group (Business Development Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Business Unit Manager and Director).
We will provide you with needed training followed by continuous support of whole Altran team.
Strong experience is an advantage but not necessary to succeed, especially Your goal is to develop Your interpersonal skills, business sense and entrepreneurial behaviour.
Your skills - a technical or commercial Masters degree
- previous experience in project management, sales, account, customer representative in the Automotive sector is a strong advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and fresh entrepreneurial outlook
- the ability to tackle challenging projects with a combination of business, organisation and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to our clients
