Your duty will be to develop our company brand-awareness and communication tools to ensure our growth:
- Satisfaction, loyalty and development of our clients´ network
- Appeal of our company as an employer to the best engineers
You will use your creativity and energy to reach these objectives, notably by:
- Developing our brand-awarness (PR, events, technical conferences, fairs...)
- Creating and maintaining high-standard communication tools (website and SEO, job boards...)
- Supporting business managers with client marketing (direct marketing, client satisfaction, marketing toolkits...)
You will closely cooperate with our business managers, consultants and with Altran international marketing teams. Your direct supervisor will be the managing director for the Central and Eastern Europe branches. You will supervise a part-time internship for marketing.
Your qualification: - Master degree in economics or technical field
- At least a significant experience in the field of marketing
- Sense of responsibility, organization, proactivity and sufficient energy to achieve a high-level objectives
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to lead small team
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English
