Appointment of Yvan Chabanne

Yvan Chabanne, 42, has been appointed Executive Director for the Paris region. He is a member of Altran France's Management Committee and reports to Cyril Roger, Executive Vice-President for Southern Europe.

 

After obtaining a doctorate in physics in the laboratories of ENSMA (National College of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering) in close collaboration with the Snecma group, he then worked for this group conducting inspections on high-pressure turbine materials. He pursued his career with General Electric Aircraft Engine in the United States.

In 2001, Yvan Chabanne joined the Altran group as part of the Altior subsidiary where he developed activities in the sectors of on-board systems, telecommunications and mechanics before being appointed Business Unit Manager and then Manager of Altior Industry France in 2005. In 2006, he was appointed to manage the Lyon-based subsidiary Cogix in the energy sector before joining the general management team of AIT Paris in 2007, which he led for a period of four years until the end of 2010. 

Deputy Executive Director Paris covering TI Paris and CIS/TEM since 2011, Yvan Chabanne (42) has now been appointed Executive Director for Paris. He reports to Cyril Roger, Executive Vice-President for Southern Europe.

Yvan Chabanne is responsible for the Paris region which incorporates 8 operational sectors: AIT, ASD, EILiS, TEM, IS, FS, Datacep/I&U & NSI divided into 4 legal entities and boasting more than 4,000 employees.
