 Consolidated turnover for the first quarter of 1998 reached 578 million francs, compared to 382 million for the first quarter of 1997 (+ 51%).

 Aside from the impact of acquisitions in 1997, the consolidated turnover would have been of 514 million francs, which corresponds to an internal growth rate of 35%.

 The consolidated turnover of the European subsidiaries is of 125 million francs, which corresponds to a 124 % progression in relation to the first quarter of 1997 and to 22 % of the group's consolidated turnover.

 The expected turnover for this year should exceed 2500 million francs, of which more than 600 million francs generated by the subsidiaries outside of France.

 The estimated consolidated turnover for the entire year 1998 is expected to exceed 2.600 MFRF, of which 650 MFRF should be generated by foreign subsidiaries.
