A 52 % INCREASE OF THE CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER
AS AT 30 SEPTEMBER 1998

The consolidated turnover as at 30 September 1998 amounts to 1 980 MFRF compared with 1 303 MFRF as at 30 September 1997 (+ 52 %). It is already higher than the turnover for the entire year 1997.
The turnover related to companies acquired in 1998 amounts to 35 MFRF.

Excluding the impact of the 1997 and 1998 acquisitions, the consolidated turnover would have reached an internal growth of 36 %, in line with the first semester performance.

The turnover of the third quarter of 1998 amounts to 715 MFRF which represents an increase of 50 % compared with the third quarter of 1997.

During the third quarter of 1998, the Group acquired a German technology consulting firm with 130 staff, located in Stuttgart with subsidiaries in Basel and Strasbourg.

The growth of the Group is based on the diversity of sectors in which it participates and the absence of economic dependence upon a client or an activity. The projects concerning the introduction of the Euro or the year 2000 represent only a marginal part of the turnover.

The estimated consolidated turnover for the entire year 1998 could reach 2 800 MFRF, of which around 25 % should be generated by foreign subsidiaries, compared to 17 % in 1997.
