A 42.7% INCREASE OF THE CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER
AS AT 30 SEPTEMBER 1999

 The consolidated turnover as at 30 September 1999 amounts to 431 M euros (2.827 MFRF), against 302 M euros (1.980 MFRF) as at 30 September 1998 (+ 42.7%). It equals the turnover for the entire year 1998..

 The turnover for the third quarter amounts to 153 M euros (1.005 MFRF), a 40.3% increase compared to the third quarter of 1998.

 The acquisitions account for 21 M euros (136 MFRF) in the consolidated turnover as at 30 September 1999.

 The turnover forecast for the year 1999 should exceed 595 M euros (3.900 MFRF) of which one third in connection with the non French subsidiaries.

 The continuing growth, both internally and externally, at a steady pace is due to the unique position of ALTRAN in Europe. The group is the only one in France and in Europe to offer :
- a so large diversity of technical expertise (physical sciences, electronics, IT, automation and process, organisation and strategies…),
- such a multitude of business sectors (telecommunications, aeronautics and space, automotive industry, energy, processing industry…),
- a presence in almost all the European Union countries.

 The allotment of two bonus shares for each existing share will permit the multiplication by three of the number of shares in early 2000.
