One of the main European financial services companies
Working for a major French retail banking group in need of expertise in payment systems, Altran Financial Services carried out a project to automate wire treatments and optimize the work of employees in the back office. In addition to raising service quality, lowering transaction costs and optimizing security, this project, wholly undertaken by our Consultants and Engineers, also helped the bank prepare for new upcoming Regulations.

Mifid Project
Working for a major French banking group, within the Client Services Unit – in charge of providing sales support to the Middle Office and to Gold clients- Altran helped the Bank implement a new segmentation system enabling profile driven service.
