Altran North America has decided to set up an office in Mexico, in Puebla a region that is key to the North American automotive industry thanks to its robust and increasingly expanding order book, boosted by OEM clients such as Audi, Volkswagen, and Ford. With a current production of 2.93 million cars per annum, Mexico is the 8th largest car producer worldwide and the 4th largest exporter.

Altran North America is pursuing the continuous development of its industrial footprint and has expanded its scope of activities, initially focused exclusively on the Energy and Utilities sectors, to include clients in the Life Sciences, Telecommunications and Automotive industries.
Commenting on the operation, Altran Chairman and Chief Executive Philippe Salle said: “We have decided to open a regional office in Mexico because this country offers an attractive ecosystem for inward investment and access to the rest of the continent.
