| | As part of a project team, our consultants provide the Group’s clients with consulting services tailored to their needs.
Depending on their experience, they consult with the general and staff managers and with the information systems departments either on the management of complex projects, on personnel management or on solution integration.
As consultants specialised in organisational development and/or information systems, they have a keen understanding of related issues, including company restructuring plans and technological developments in the field of information systems.
Women and men with ideas and convictions
Our consultants are graduates of the best universities and business schools. They are skilled in one or more of the following fields: physical sciences, electronics, signal processing, scientific computing, automatic control engineering, computer integrated manufacturing and dependability, methodology, telecommunications, production management and mechanical engineering, etc.
An ability to adapt and strong intellectual curiosity are essential. Our consultants must also know how to work in a team and have superior interpersonal skills, including a good sense of client service. Other qualities necessary for success in this position are autonomy, initiative and the ability to tactfully provide advice.
Lastly, they have a recognised ability to analyse and synthesise, plus good writing skills and the ability to provide innovative recommendations to our clients, because every consultant must be an “idea person”.
