| 1. At 31, your career path led you almost naturally to your current position. Yes. I have a Master of Sciences in Business Management and a Postgraduate in Management Consultancy (MC). I used to work as Consultant then Project Manager and Business Development Manager at another large IT consultancy company and now, I am Business Unit Manager for ALTRAN CIS Netherlands. 2. What does a function like Business Unit Management entail? My main responsibilities are Sales, Business Development, Recruitment and Career Development. I think that what has been most important in dealing in these sectors is focus. 3. What led you to choose Altran? What attracted me the most was the strong entrepreneurial policy of the Group that allows one to build their own Business Unit. Furthermore, Altran is a very international organization that enables the contact between people from different countries – whether at home or abroad. In fact, my next objective would be to take advantage of the possibility of moving towards a more international position. 4. After 2 years here, do you think the group is a flexible one where there is room for growth? Absolutely. I am particularly looking forward to seeing the cooperation between the different companies of the Group increase and the centralization of Recruitment, Finance, ICT strengthen. |
