| 1. You have been working with the Altran group for four years now. Yes. I am currently working as a Principal Consultant for Fagro Consultancy in the Netherlands. I am 44 years old and experienced in accountancy, controlling and consultancy. My customers are mostly concerned with healthcare (hospitals and home care). My projects deal with financial accounting and management accounting matters. 2. Your job enables you to work with international clients. Yes. I am now working on a project for two English companies, both working in the chemical industry. Both companies want to make their administrative processes more efficient. The client expects some advice on whether it would be profitable to create a shared service centre between the two companies. An international project such as this one helps me acquire a broader view of my field, which in turn enables me to give future clients new insights. 3. What Altran company did you choose to work for? I chose Fagro because of the good name on the market and because Fagro has clients in a lot of branches. They offer a lot of challenging projects. 4. What are the most valuable lessons you got out of your projects? I learned to work very effectively. It is important to meet the expectations of the client. That is the main challenge and the main goal. 5. What perspectives lie ahead of you? Now that I have reached the position of Principal Consultant, I would like to raise the level of the projects. I have no ambition to become a manager. I like very much what I’m doing right now! |
