Dubai Airshow 2011
Altran has participated in the 12th edition of the Dubai Airshow which was held from 13 to 17 November 2011.
The Dubai Airshow is billed as the foremost aerospace event in the Middle East. The 2011 edition was an overwhelming success drawing 56,548 trade visitors from around the world along with 960 exhibitors from 50 countries and 1,452 international and regional media. Yet again the event proved to be one where deals are made and the total order book for the Dubai Airshow was in excess of $63 billion.
Altran’s presence during this event took place in the GIFAS booth, a space where we were able to welcome our visitors and work with them in a different context, and to discuss with the local players. This extended to after hours, since each evening the Altran team had the opportunity to make further contact with clients and local players over a nice meal.
