Among the resolutions adopted on this occasion were those concerning the appointment of four new members of the Board of Directors, Mrs Florence Parly, Mrs Nathalie Rachou, Mr Christian Bret and Mr Hans-Georg Härter, for a period of four years.
The Board of Directors comprises ten members, of which four are now independent and three are women.
