Position

In order to support development of our Telecom Business Unit, we are currently recruiting Telecom engineers with both technical and marketing background.

As a consultant you will be involved in projects at different levels: From services definition to development and commercial launch (In coordination with technical development and innovation teams). You will also be in charge of the marcom plan definition and execution.

 

- ICT Service Manager or Program Manager with significant experience in ICT process implementation projects

- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT service management field

- Proven ability to define and lead a program (workstreams, deliverables, resources, processes)

- Significant experience in IT process mapping and design for a telecom operator or an IT service provider

You hold:

 

·         Contribution to the customer service definition for new telecom products

·         ITIL v3 foundation certification minimum

·         Fluent in English

·         Able to work in a virtual and international environment with transversal management

·         An experience of Delivery Management is an asset
